Yes. Browsing listings, saving to your watchlist, sending messages to sellers, and setting up saved search alerts are all completely free. You just need a free account to message sellers or place bids.

On any listing page, click "Message Seller" to start a secure conversation through our messaging system. If the seller has provided a phone number, you can also click "Show Phone Number" to call them directly. You must be logged in to contact sellers.

Yes. Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your Watchlist. You can view all saved listings from your Dashboard. You will also be notified if the price drops or the listing is about to expire.

Yes. AYIO Sales is powered by AYIO Financial, which offers vehicle and equipment finance with access to 30+ lenders. You can apply for finance directly from any listing page or visit our Finance page to learn more.

Create a free account, then click "Sell" or visit Create Listing. Fill in the details including category, make, model, year, price, condition, and location. Add clear photos and a detailed description to attract more buyers.

Basic listings are free for private sellers. Dealers, wholesalers, and fleet operators can choose from subscription plans that include bulk listing allowances. Optional upgrades like Featured, Urgent, and Spotlight are available for extra visibility. See our Pricing page for details.

Sell to Dealer lets you submit your vehicle details and receive competing offers from verified dealers in our network. It is free to submit, and there is no obligation to accept any offer. Dealers review your submission and send you their best price.

Standard listings are active for 30 days. You can renew them for free from your dashboard before or after they expire. Featured and upgraded listings may have different durations depending on the package.

Add high-quality photos (at least 6-8), write a detailed description covering the vehicle's condition, service history, and any extras. Fill in all optional fields like VIN, registration details, and features. Complete listings attract significantly more enquiries. Your dashboard shows a completeness score to guide you.

Lender clearance vehicles are sold by banks and finance companies through AYIO Sales. The seller remains anonymous — you deal with AYIO Sales directly. These vehicles are often priced competitively for quick sale.

Sellers set a start price and auction duration. Buyers place bids during the auction period. The highest bidder when the timer expires wins. You can also set a reserve price — if bidding doesn't reach the reserve, the vehicle isn't sold.

Yes. When you place a bid, you are committing to purchase the item at that price if you win the auction. Make sure you are confident in your bid before placing it. You can set a proxy bid to automatically bid on your behalf up to your maximum amount.

Both the buyer and seller are notified. You will receive the seller's contact details and can arrange payment and collection. The platform facilitates the connection, but the final transaction is between buyer and seller.

Bids are generally binding and cannot be retracted. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., the seller materially changed the listing description after your bid), contact our support team for assistance.

Through AYIO Financial, we offer chattel mortgage, finance lease, commercial hire purchase, novated lease, and consumer car loans. Finance is available for cars, trucks, trailers, machinery, and other equipment listed on the platform.

Many applications receive conditional approval within hours. Final approval depends on the lender's requirements and the information provided. Having your documents ready (ID, income evidence, asset details) speeds up the process.

Deposit requirements vary by lender and application. Some lenders offer no-deposit finance for strong applications, while others may require 10-20%. Your broker will discuss the best options for your situation.

Finance Sales are listings from finance companies, banks, and leasing companies selling repossessed or end-of-lease vehicles and equipment. These are often available at competitive prices and may include tender-based purchasing.

Click Register and fill in your details. You will need to verify your email address before you can log in. Private buyers and sellers can register for free. Dealers, wholesalers, and fleet operators can choose a subscription plan after registration.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your personal details are never shared with other users without your consent. Messages are sent through our secure platform. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Click the "Report" button on any listing page. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action on listings that violate our terms. You can also contact us directly through the Contact page.

Go to Dashboard → Settings to update your password, email address, phone number, and other account details. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password page to reset it.

Always inspect the vehicle in person before purchasing. Meet in a public place or at the seller's registered business. Verify the seller's identity and the vehicle's registration and VIN. Never send money to someone you have not met. Use our messaging system to keep a record of all communication.

Listing is completely free. AYIO Sales charges a small commission only on successful sales: 3% for standard listings (capped at $2,000), 3% for auctions (capped at $2,000), 2% for sell-to-dealer (capped at $1,000), and 5% for lender clearance (capped at $5,000).

Basic listings are free for private sellers. Optional upgrades (Featured, Urgent, Spotlight, Bump) are available at affordable prices. Dealers pay a monthly subscription. A small commission may apply on completed transactions processed through the platform. See our Pricing page for full details.

Payments for listing upgrades and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your payment method from your Dashboard. For vehicle purchases, buyers and sellers arrange payment directly, unless using our secure checkout option.

Listing upgrades are generally non-refundable as the service is delivered immediately. If you experience a technical issue that prevented your upgrade from working correctly, please contact our support team and we will investigate.

Dealer subscriptions are billed monthly and include a set number of active listings, access to trade features, and enhanced visibility. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard.

Buyers can secure a vehicle with a deposit of $500 or 5% of the price (whichever is higher). Deposits are held by AYIO Sales and applied to the purchase price on completion. If a buyer withdraws, the deposit is forfeited. If a seller withdraws, the buyer receives a full refund.
