How the Deposit System Works

Deposit Amount

Buyer Completes
Deposit is applied toward the purchase price. No extra cost to the buyer.
Buyer Pulls Out
Deposit is split 50/50 between AYIO Sales and the seller. Compensates for wasted time.
Seller Pulls Out
Full refund to buyer plus a $200 penalty charged to the seller.

Only when your vehicle sells. You choose 3, 7, or 14 days after the sale to pay. An RCTI (tax invoice) is generated automatically and you can pay from your dashboard or via the link in your email.
What if my vehicle doesn't sell?
Nothing. No listing fee, no commission, no charge. You can relist as many times as you want at no cost.
How does the deposit work?
Buyers can pay a holding deposit ($500 or 5% of the price, whichever is higher) to reserve your vehicle. The deposit goes toward the purchase price. If the buyer pulls out, you keep 50% of the deposit as compensation.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only fee is the commission percentage on the final sale price. That's it. No listing fees, no subscription fees, no renewal fees.
How is the commission collected?
We auto-generate a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) when your vehicle sells. You pay within your chosen payment terms (3, 7, or 14 days) securely via Stripe. Auto-reminders are sent if payment is overdue.
